For limited production items and made-to-order items, we do not accept returns. In case of initial defects or shipping damage, we will exchange the product for a good one. If you find any defects, please contact our office within one week after receiving the product.
Please note that we will not be able to accept any items that arrive more than one week after the product has been delivered.
Also, please take a picture of the damage and attach it to an e-mail so that we can see the condition of the damage.
Please be sure to keep the outer box and packaging, as they will be needed when returning the product.

* For products other than figurines
Returns must be unused items that are claimed within one week of receipt.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases
a.) Products that have been in our warehouse for more than 7 days after receipt.
b.) Merchandise that has been damaged or altered by the customer. (Merchandise that has been damaged or tampered with by the customer (including the product and its packaging)
c.) Merchandise that has been used at least once.
