For Customer in China

We have recently experienced a number of incidents where our products shipped via EMS were opened by Chinese customs and delivered to customers with missing or damaged parts.

Originally, EMS had a simple customs clearance and customs rarely opened the boxes. Recently, however, it seems that the boxes are being opened more and more often for inspection.
Even if the box is opened and parts are taken out, there is no problem if the parts are put back and carefully packed. However, judging from the state of outer/inner boxes, the reality is that they are packing without putting the parts back in the box, or packing them very roughly.

While we have no control over customs inspections, we would like to ask for you to understand that EMS is currently subject to these risks. DHL is not risk-free but we hope that you will consider using DHL as a safer option when choosing a shipping company.
