For customers using hotmail, there have been frequent cases in which
our automatic order/inquiry confirmation e-mails and other contact e-mails from us
have not arrived in their inboxes.

The above problem is related to the excessive anti-spam measures of Hotmail,
which we are currently unable to address.

Whenever you complete an order or make an inquiry, a confirmation e-mail is
automatically sent from our system.
In addition to the automatic email, we send payment confirmation, shipping information
and any other contact by email.

Therefore, if you do not receive an e-mail from us after placing order or making an inquiry,
please create another email address and contact us again.
Otherwise, we will not be able to contact you.
