Notification of Shipping Fee Revision / Point and Customer Rank system
Dear customers,
Thank you for your continued patronage of our products.
We have announced an increase in EMS prices effective June 1, and we have no choice but to revise our shipping charges accordingly.
Today, July 2, we have revised the EMS shipping rates on our store website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
In addition, the Due to the price increase of raw materials and changes in the company structure, the membership system has been partially revised.
The criteria for upgrading membership ranks have been changed accordingly.
*After changing the payment method from paypal, the system originally gave 4% points of the total for bank transfers. No points are given for credit card payments.
However, due to an inadvertent error by the previous person in charge of overseas operations and a problem on the system side, the system was incorrectly set up so that points were given even for credit card payments.
We sincerely apologize for this.
Upon internal reform, a deeper investigation into this issue uncovered this problem, and the original point system was restored.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the fact that some customers were still receiving points for credit card transactions.
Please be advised that after the problem was discovered, we have reverted back to the original point awarding system as described above.
