The novel coronavirus pandemic has caused many countries/territories to take measures such as stopping acceptance of inbound postal items as well as considerable suspension and reduction of flights from/to Japan. Accordingly, our transportation performance has significantly declined.
We have been using EMS as our main shipping method, but due to the long-term suspension, we have been considering using shipping methods other than EMS.
For customers who have already placed an order: For areas where EMS is not available, with the exception of Russia and Belarus, we are gradually working to deliver products using other shipping methods, such as UPS and DHL.
